Terms of sale

The prices indicated in the offers and price lists are non-binding and may be subject to change without notice. Prices do not include packaging, transportation, VAT, and other ancillary charges

Management costs oblige us to apply the following handling fees: for orders under €100.00, a fee of €14.00 will be charged. For orders under €50.00, a fee of €19.00 will be charged. The supply of clearance items is exempt from these fees.

Cash payments for supplies until regular business relations are established. For orders up to €250, shipments are made exclusively cash on delivery. In case of late payments, the current bank interest rate plus unpaid charges will be applied.

Delivery terms must be agreed upon with our company and are in any case indicative and not binding for us. Any delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to claim indemnity for penalties or compensation for damages.

Standard cardboard packaging, other forms available at cost.

The goods are considered sold ex-warehouse Frigo Po, and the supply obligation is fulfilled when the goods are handed over to the carriers. Goods are always shipped at the risk and peril of the customer, even if sold with free shipping.

Most non-catalog items related to the brands we handle can be supplied upon request. No returns are accepted for non-catalog items.

Frigo Po assumes no responsibility for the characteristics listed in its price lists and/or catalogs, which may be changed without notice due to any modifications made by the manufacturers. Complaints or replacement requests will not be accepted after eight days from the receipt of the goods.

The warranties applied by the manufacturers we represent are valid. The warranty applies at and ex our warehouses and only covers the obligation to replace parts that prove to be defective due to material quality or manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes any liability for direct or indirect damages and is valid only if the device has been used normally, according to the usage specifications provided by the device manufacturer. The warranty is void if interventions or tampering have been carried out by personnel not authorized by our organization. Transportation for warranty execution is at the purchaser's expense.

In case of customer error, the goods will not be exchanged. Returns due to a clear error by Frigo Po will be collected at the customer's expense and credited 100%.

For any disputes that may arise, the competent court is agreed to be that of Reggio Emilia.
